Solace advocates, get the job done.
My experience with my solace advocate, Nina has been a true blessing. She's always there for me when the nursing facility in temporarily at doesn't do what there supposed to do, she helped with neglect, medication mess ups, board certified pain management, appointments and now helping me with allot of calls during my transition out of this nursing facility.. my advocate gets the job done when it comes to my issues as a paraplegic temporarily stuck in a nursing facility. I've never had help like this and I've been wheelchair bound since 1986 40 plus years. She's on the ball, fast at getting issued resolved and some. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and I thanks solace for what they can provide. The best advocates thru Medicare. Awesome, thanks very much. RMS

Get ready to be billed
Get ready to be billed. They will give you no billing estimates. They will say they take your insurance. They will say you are covered. They may take some insurance but they will bill you the rest. In the beginning they will forgive the amount they can’t collect co-pays etc and not tell you this is happening so you will not get a bill for a few months. Then they will bill you out of nowhere. They will tell you they forgive most copays and they may but you will have to get on your knees and beg each month for forgiveness. Like a member of a cult not a patient. I think the “forgiveness” is actually a business model where they can immediately write off the debt or collect it depending on whimsy and caprice.

Just wait when you least expect it…
Just wait when you least expect it after months of coverage you will be billed. They will tell your previous bills were forgiven so you were never notified but now you have to pay each month and every month thereafter you will have to literally beg for loan forgiveness or pay up.
I appreciate all the work my advocate has dome for me! He has made calls I didn't have time for, found out information for me that I needed bad. Has kept up with me to make sure I didn't have anything I needed to be done at the time.

The experience a customer has with Solace it depends exclusively from the advocate individual the company hired. Those are the ones who can bring the good and bad experiences; in my case I got the best advocate of Solace so, I have nothing but good experiences with Solace

No one ever shows up for the intake appointment
Scheduled an intake appointment FIVE times. Every time it would tell me to keep waiting for 15 minutes until an hour after my appointment and then it would cancel my appointment saying the provider was unable. Have wasted over 5 hours trying to do an intake appointment. Don't waste your time , they don't actually have any plans to see you at your appointment time
I really like my advocate! She is both very supporting & helpful in my situation with CRPS. Calls Drs and finds orher helpful information to help me navigate the medical providers etc!
Stephanie is terrific keeping me focused and calm. I am an older senior citizen and I am easily overwhelmed. She helps me with her suggestions but doesn’t make me feel like I am being pushed. I sincerely believe she cares and listens to me when we talk. I tell everyone about Solace and Stephanie and how truly amazing it is for me.
I am pleased with the support . The only issue is that I didn’t know a prior authorization was required . I got denied .

Staff is AMAZING and I adore Mattis. She goes above and beyond of any of my expectations. I've had multiple stints of therapy, and Solace is by far the best I've worked with!
Solace is a great Organization to help people who are struggling with any type of problem you may have, by standing up for you.
Ann, my advocate has helped me above and beyond my expectations. She is a very caring person. She talks to me in away that makes things more understandable. She's helped me get alot of things straightened out that I had messed up. She stepped up and helped take care of somethings for me.
Advocate sufficiently communicated with my Primary Care physician and his team to issue referrals for which I have been waiting for quite some time. Receiving Referrals have been a major obstacle for me.
