I’ve been a member for several years now and Soothe continues to give great service. I’ve used several massage therapist all I’ve the country as I travel a lot for work. I’ve always been able to find someone and have always had great experiences. The app is solid allowing me to keep my favorite therapist on my main page and it’s been great.

The masseuse was on her phone during the massage. Her technique was horrible and I had to redirect twice to get her back on track. Would like a refund.
Overwhelming cigarette smell
The technician smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, which negatively impacted the massage experience. The technician only performed for 30 minutes even though I purchased a 60 minute session. The skill of the technician was if she was still an intern practicing to learn rather than an 5 year professional as her profile stated. Unfortunately I tipped in advance of the service.
