Scam - refuse to refund after months of technical issues preventing any bookings
This place used to work for me, but there’s been a technical issue that's prevented me from booking anything for months, and customer service refuses to refund my membership because of their T&Cs. I've emailed support for months about this, and they keep saying they'll escalate to leadership, then the same person replies with "no because our T&Cs." Meanwhile, I've been charged hundreds and the system continues to show zero availability in my area for the foreseeable months. Cancel while you can.

I was incorrectly charged and received no response from customer service
I was incorrectly charged for an extra 30 minutes following a one-hour couples massage for my daughter and her fiancé. Both services ended at the same time, so this charge is not valid. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. There is no way to reach a live person, and after chatting with two different representatives—both of whom said they would follow up—I never heard back. I even suggested a simple way to verify the error by confirming with the second therapist, but no action was taken. This reflects a lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer care. I expect the incorrect charge to be reversed immediately
