Great selection with very honest prices. I would much rather give my money to Sporty's than Amazon. The costumer service is also amazing, I mistakenly input the wrong card number and was promptly called the next day. The situation was immediately corrected and the item shipped.

Your coupon code for free shipping that you gave me for signing up for your newsletter and promotions didn’t work on the one day shipping that I chose. No where did it say that the coupon code couldn’t be used on one day shipping, the coupon for free shipping just states “free shipping on your next order”. When I contacted your customer service they weren’t helpful at all and said they couldn’t do anything to credit me because the order was already sent out and they couldn’t credit me on a product I ordered either to make up for the free shipping coupon not working. I don’t appreciate spending a lot of money on your website and then not even get the free shipping that I was promised due to the lack of information and customer service.

The online flight review course was well done.
The online flight review course was presented very well. Had a few problems getting it started which prompted a call to cust Serv for help. After I was done with the videos and quiz, the process of getting the certificate of completion required another phone call to customer service. Customer Serv was great and handled the issues but it was frustrating to have to make those calls…
