Spoton wins for loyalty and superior service …
We used Spoton for years and allowed ourselves to be convinced that the grass was greener on the other side of the fence. LIES!! MANY THOUSANDS of wasted dollars later, we are happily back on Spoton! KAYLEE was a godsend! They reached out and helped us convert seamlessly back on to their platform. My GM told me the other day how thrilled she was to be off Clover and back onto a system actually designed for restaurants. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone was. Additionally Spoton is far superior in every way. I highly recommend Spoton for restaurants.

Huge shout out to Morgan F. and James C.! These two are incredible problem solvers and definitely deserve some recognition. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional, *and* friendly. They've worked quickly to resolve some recent issues I've had and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was back on track. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and truly value their customers. A+!
