I just got my first Stately box and it was filled with low quality, ugly junk -- it's the kind of stuff that you would find in Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc. Except at those stores it would be way cheaper than what Stately is selling it for. I switched from Stitch Fix to try something new, and I'm switching back asap. Extremely disappointing.

I’ve tried another service but was not as satisfied as with Stately men. My stylist has done a terrific job of matching my preferences with her stylistic abilities. Whenever there’s something wrong with the clothes they send (which only happened once), my stylist was quick to replace the items satisfactorily.

I tend to be horrifically skeptical of anything subscription based, that said - I could not have been more elated with their performance. Awful customer service, stylist were confusing. Had 3 different people messaging me, none had read my profile. Tried to cancel right away! Had to fight to get my money back and they still took out $25 cancellations fee!!

Megan is an excellent stylist and has been right on the money with everything she has done. The quality of the clothes is excellent as is the customer service. I was with another company and would constantly send 90% or more back and only once here and it was because it was too big for Ben though the sizing was right. Just a fluke.
