Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fair pricing structure, excellent product craftsmanship, and remarkably fast shipping times that make projects much easier to complete. People consistently appreciate finding specific, hard-to-find metal parts and receiving entirely accurate orders delivered promptly to their properties. Shoppers also note that the thoughtful packaging protects delicate items well during transit, ensuring everything arrives ready for immediate use. However, some people mentioned experiencing unexpected delivery delays or long waiting times for their packages to finally arrive. A few other people also felt that standard shipping costs were quite high relative to the overall item price.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.As a hobbyist welder, I can say the selection and customer service here is great! The online ordering portal is easy to navigate and the pickup process is always a breeze. The warehouse support is always super professional and inviting and I feel as though safety is a top priority when picking up. The prices are fair but it’s the experience that makes this my go to metal supply shop.
