Shipped way late. Called to ask where they were and was told someone would call me back. They didn't appreciate me calling to ask why the product hadn't shipped. They state that it ships within 2 days. Took 8 days for them to get the product out the door

As soon as we realized the order had not shipped, we upgraded it to UPS Next Day Air at our expense so it would still arrive within the same timeframe you would have expected with the UPS Ground service you originally selected.

Good product at fair prices and when something was missing from my recent order I called and got excellent coroner service, including the missing piece express shipped to me. I really appreciate the excellent problem-solving.
Was exactly what I had ordered. I do think the shipping is really high for something that small. I will order more but I'll order more to compensate for shipping.
