Surprising in the best way
I called to ask whether Steel Supply makes a 10” hemisphere. You don’t, but the person I spoke to said that she would let me know if she found them elsewhere. We hung up and I placed an order for something else (some cast iron rings). Within the hour she DID email me with a source for the 10” hemisphere! I was surprised and delighted - fantastic customer experience! *happy smile*

Love the product would have given 5 stars but shipping was too expensive for a small order. If I could do it all over again I’d order more . Any way to reduce shipping costs I’ll order more let me know thanks Ron Russell

Honeycomb collars weld like butter
Shipping was quick and reasonable. Invoice was clear. The collars I purchased were a little more inconsistent and unfinished than I anticipated. I had to work on them for a significant amount of time to get them all looking the same. That being said it’s a fine enough product for the price. The quality of the metal is excellent for Welding, performs like butter under a TIG torch. I ordered the honey comb collars for 1/2” balusters. They’re attractive when dressed up right!

Did not get a tracking number like they said I would. Paid extra to ship two day took a week to get the product. All I got for answers was don’t know what happened we shipped on Monday, should have gotten it by Wednesday. Just lucky my employer was ok with waiting.
