Upgraded from the XX Follow to the Q Carbon and the quality of material is a game changer. It also seems to have a more responsive remote and follow mode. It is obviously more compact for the trunk. I like the handle locking mode for transport and space for the sand bottle however there is room for improvement in the actual bottle such as a more durable plastic and an attached lid. The metal on the side works well for your magnetic range finder. Overall highly recommend as it encourages you to walk (for those who are able) without back strain from carrying which allows you to enjoy the course and plan your game. After all the pros walk and don’t carry.

I appreciate the prompt service. In would like to see if possible some sort of mesh attachment that fits in the vee made by the upright so there would be a carrying place for small items. The insulated drink cooler, drink holder and phone holder are great but something a little more is needed. Not a zippered bag but something similar to what Sun MOUNTAIN HAS

I researched and asked fellow golfers…
I researched and asked fellow golfers about Stewart and a couple other electric cart competitors.
I purchased the Q-Follow after my questions and watching fellow golfers carts. and am totally pleased.
Well balanced and the command range is well over 50 yards.
I also purchased an umbrella holder and with the existing strap fastening, it fails to hold steady, my G4Free reflective umbrella in the holder when there is a steady breeze.
A "circumference adjuster" of some sort would be a better design.

Thanks for your feedback and for choosing the Q Follow, we're glad to hear you're enjoying it and that it’s living up to expectations out on the course! We appreciate your comments on the umbrella holder too. The current strap design is made to accommodate a wide variety of umbrellas. As with all our products, we carry out extensive testing and in this case, we found that securing the umbrella too tightly to the trolley can actually increase the risk of it tipping over in strong winds. For this reason, we always recommend holding your umbrella while walking the course, and only placing it in the holder when you're stationary. This approach offers the best balance of convenience and safety.
I ordered the refurbished Q Follow Black Carbon model with the 36 hole capacity battery. The unit arrived in perfect condition. I was able to successfully practice with the unit in my backyard (drawing the positive attention of several neighbors). I've now had a chance to use it on the course. What a pleasure! Especially in the follow mode. I played with 3 strangers that round. All were curious, then envious. It folds down beautifully into a very compact unit that fits like a glove in the trunk of my Audi TT. Just another sign that it was the perfect choice for me.
