Arrived after two weeks, not long considering from China. Stunahome site looks British but PayPal confirmation is mainly in Chinese. Quality poor but usable until I find better. Don’t expect them to last long for £28! Probably worth about £10, so rest is postage! Red flag this site to not buy again & remind self to check company on Trustpilot next time I see an unknown company!

I ordered men's walking shoes before reading the reviews and feared the worst, pretty much writing off my money. However, when the shoes arrived they were the correct size UK9 and very comfortable. I can honestly say they are value for money. 🙏

Right well I ordered some shoes then like an idiot read the reviews. I went straight back and emailed them requesting my order be cancelled. This was yesterday. My order has been cancelled and my money paid back. I did pay with PayPal so perhaps that made a difference. So although I can't review the shoes I did not want to take the chance after reading about other people's experience. Lesson learnt read reviews first!!

They originally sent me the wrong slippers (i.e not as described on their website and not as per my original order). Shortly afterwards, one of the slippers broke. When I complained to them - with photos provided, they were polite and apologetic and refunded 50% of the amount I paid. I did alert them about the need to send items exactly as described AND to vet them for quality.

I wish I hadn't ordered from them. I ordered some boots for a friend who need orthopaedic support. I didn't expect them to take over 21 days to deliver. When you try and track your order, the information is in Chinese. To be honest it didn't cross my mind that it would be a Chinese company. Am hoping that the boot will eventually arrive because after reading the reviews, it's unlikely that I will get a refund

After reading the reviews on here AFTER placing an order I thought I was going to be having a negative experience but it’s been quite the opposite. Ordered men’s uk size 9 orthopaedic safety trainers and received exactly that one week later. Fantastic fit, very comfortable and just as pictured (they look great!). For the price I’m very happy and hopefully I’ll be able to get through a shift at work with significantly less pain now.

I too had a problem with the shoe sizes being half a size too small. So I asked for an exchange. They did say keep the shoes and accept a partial refund, which would have been reasonable if I had time to sell them to get my money back. So I said no and pushed for a complete exchange, which they accepted. At no time were they rude or unprofessional. The reason I persevered is because I bought their seamless inside items, which are extremely comfortable to wear.

I have read other reviews and must say they do not reflect my experience. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and sandals. Granted the parcel was slow to arrive but it came this morning. I am pleased with all the footwear. Obviously they are not as good quality of some higher end brands but at around 1/3 the price it's a good deal for me.

Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first! Ordered 3 pairs of shoes/boots having seen the London address didn’t look further into the company, trusted their return policy. Really need supportive shoes and thought that was what I bought. 2 pairs fit, but soles are flat and thin - NO support. The 3rd pair (lovely boots I must admit) won’t zip up due to shape of my ankles, I sent photos and only getting 20% refund. Only way to get full refund was to damage the boots to make them unwearable and send photo proof. I can’t consciously do that so having to accept partial refund and donate the boots to charity.

I made the mistake of ordering from this website a few weeks ago before reading the reviews. Once I did, I was quite nervous at what I'd receive. However, after placing the order, the shoes came a couple of weeks later. I have to say that I love them. I'm currently pregnant and have lots of water retention in my ankles and doing shift work, my feet were crippled in my safety shoes by the end of my shift. These shoes however are very comfortable. I don't get any foot or ankle pain and also they have great grip on wet floor. They are also fleece lined. I'm very happy. Before, after my shift I used to go to bed. My feet used to ache so much that I couldn't sleep. Now, with these new shoes, I have no problems. I would order again. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of waterproof orthopaedic walking boots then read the reviews (very unlike me not to do my research first!) so I was worried they wouldn’t arrive, wouldn’t fit, be rubbish etc. but 12 days after ordering they arrived and looked exactly like the picture… And they fit perfectly. Only criticism is they don’t feel very supportive for my long dog walks, the arch support could be better. I tested the boots walking through wet grass and they seem to be waterproof…

I'm rewriting my review. My original was pretty damning, basically because of how long it took for the products to arrive, and also because their online tracker is next to useless. However, my shoes have finally arrived (around 3 weeks since purchase). And honestly...they're not bad. They look OK, and they're really very comfortable. No idea how long they're going to last, but at these prices if they do me a couple of years I'll be happy. @stunahome you do yourself no favours! Your site is well-written - too well-written! It looked like some rival to Cotton Traders, when in fact you're another Teemu. And that's OK! Teemu and Wish still make huge sales, despite everyone knowing what they are! Customers will only see the Mandarin writing immediately after purchase. If you make clear that everything is imported from China from the get-go and will take a month to arrive...then no-one is disappointed. The terrible reviews are because your customers feel a bit conned, and are disappointed about that. From my experience, the actual quality is fair for the price.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my mother, who's feet and ankles swell due to cardiac issues. I ordered in her size and they fit great. She's delighted with them. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but other than that, Stunahome offer great value for money.
