Careful what you wish for. At times I wonder wish it was this easy.
It doesn’t replace a human to give that touch or personal look. Everyone wants to look beautiful and it’s hard looking at a picture you took of yourself. I have definitely aged 10 years within a 2 year period.

I paid £1 and a few days later they took £34.99 without permission. It seems they call it a subscription and the small Print is illegible and confusing and not clear. I do t even want to give the company ( if that is what they call themselves) a 1 star. Total rip off. I would never recommend and I am convinced from my experience that they are not reputable.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Charged £34.99 yet didn't even get to use the stupid app for which you have to purchase extra thjngs before you even can use it. I cancelled immediately yet despite the £1.00 initial fee, still got charged £34.99 of which I cannot even use the useless app due to additional charges requested. Customer services shocking. Will not refund. Have since cancelled and assured they will take no further payment. They'd better not!!! Awful company, rubbish customer service. Rubbish, useless app!!!!! AVOID.

Scammers! Take “trial” payment then say you’ve chosen to buy something else for £25.99 and steal the money
I wanted to try a new hairstyle and so paid £1 for a 3 day photo/hairstyle trial. The company then immediately charged me £25.99 for something I did not order and when I emailed they had scammed me of £25.99 sent through this: Furthermore, our records indicate that you have made an in-app purchase/s of: Styling Tips & Tricks, Mix & Match Tips & Tricks, Ageless Style Guide, Your Body, Your Style - £25.99 charged on 21 Jul 2026 15:16. I will now have to go through fraud via my card to get my money back. Please don’t touch this site. I didn’t even get my £1 hair photo, but apparently have 4 pdfs of the above which at age 61 I don’t need! Real scammers!!!

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. It attempted to take three unauthorized payments from my card for £29.99 and £48.37 twice I had to cancel my bank card to stop any further attempts. I never authorized these charges, and the experience has been extremely stressful. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before providing any payment details.
