I've been involved with Subto for a while now and it's honestly exceeded everything I hoped for. The training on deals and creative financing is super practical. No fluff, just stuff you can actually use right away.
What I love most is the support. Pace Morby and his team really go all out for the community. They give constant guidance, tools, motivation, and even opportunities to partner on deals. The people in the group are awesome too. Everyone's motivated and always willing to help each other.
