Great shopping experience
They had great response and the bike I needed with great finance options that will allow me to avoid interest. After receiving my bike shipped from their TN store they inadvertently forgot to include the SRAM AXS battery charger. Upon me contacting them they apologized and assured me it would be shipped to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon. Overall, decent experience.

Had the product I wanted and shipped it quickly. Was very easy to assemble and start riding.
Affordable (but Chemical-y) Apparel
It took a significant amount of time for the shipment to arrive. Once it arrived, my sweater smelled strongly of chemicals and had an extremely rough texture compared to the one I felt in-store. After a wash, it does feel/smell better, but the apparel just doesn't feel as soft/comfortable as the in-store option. That said, it cost half as much here - you get what you pay for!
