Gear'd Up for Alaska!
Loved all the gear I got for my upcoming fishing trip to Alaska! The Women's On Cloudwander Waterproof Hiking Shoes. I've been wearing them ahead of the trip to break them in and they're already so comfortable. Can't wait to test them on the trail

Sizes run small
I ordered it one size larger than normal and it still was too tight. My wife did not like it. To top it off, when she sent it back to you today, we were charged $16 because a return label was not included. How do I go about getting reimbursed for the exchange?
