The staff barely wanted to attend to…
The staff barely wanted to attend to use and we were the only customer there. Went to pick up a bike we ordered online. He rolled the bike and walked away. No safety inspection or anything. Front tire needed and he made us wait until he was done fixing another customer bike.

After they shipped two out of three items, then I was told last item out of stock. First item came within two days. Next item came over a week later, too late to use, pool closed

Excited then frustrated
I would give a 5 star but the bike came in kinda messed up. It's in a local bike shop getting "tuned up" to make it even rideable. The gears or something was bent. The chain would not stay on. Other than that I think I am going to love the bike. Your site was top notch and it was shipped nicely. I don't know why it was messed up but the bike shop said it's normal to have to "tune up" a internet bike? Sucks to spend over $500 then have to spend more money just to get to ride it. If it wasn't so hard to ship back I would have went that route.
Return policy stinks
The shoes I ordered were the same brand, size, and style as 3 other pairs I own. But the shoes from S&S fit totally different and were too big. It cost me $14 to return them.

$20 extra for two day shipping… NO SHIP
I paid ~$20 extra for two day shipping on a Tuesday as I NEEDED the shoes by the weekend. Order confirmation and FedEx tracking came quickly. No problem!?? But then nothing more from FedEx. Shoes had not been shipped! Full refund and fully inconvenienced. Amazon came to the rescue, again. I guess smaller business can't compete in internet sales. 🤷
