You cancelled my order 2 days after placing it because "verification failed". Missed deadlines for hiking trip. No opportunity to re-order, no call or attempt to discuss and fix whatever error there was. I wasn't even given any specifics on reason for cancellation. Will not shop here again.

Customer service was very nice but....
Customer service was very nice but.... Return policy is awful. They do not email return label so you will have to go to a FedEx, post office or ups store to get it shipped back at your expense.
