Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the shoes and boots are beautifully crafted, uniquely stylish, and remarkably comfortable for all day wear and special occasions. People often share that browsing the site is straightforward, customer service is helpful, and orders arrive promptly in lovely condition. Some reviewers were not happy with the sizing inconsistencies, noting that items can run small or differ significantly from standard American sizing. A few other people also felt that international shipping takes quite a bit longer than expected and that the actual colors can sometimes look slightly different from the online pictures.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Love my new shoes! The fit is true to size. They are very comfortable and really lightweight. The sole has a nice grip for walking on any surface. They are adorable and comfortable as it should be! The delivery was faster than I expected and that makes me happy! They were very well packaged and in good condition when I received them.
The shoes are really comfortable and good looking.
I love, love my new shoes. They were delivered quickly and I have worn them several times already. Very comfortable and had many great compliments on them
Looking forward to trying these shoes out. Seems to be good quality. Size 5 fits like a Size 6. This is good to know for future purchases. They arrived sooner than expected.
Absolutely beautiful shoes - also very comfortable
I wore them for the first time last night. My feet aren't wonderful, I have arthritis. These shoes are so comfortable. I like the velcro fastening too. The delivery was so quick. Overall, it was a trouble-free order and great quality. Thank you. I love them.
My boots were left unsafe by the carrier but turned up a few days later. When I reported it, the response was friendly and helpful, including an offer to send another pair. Glad I took out shipping protection. Very pleasant interaction. The boots are wonderful, true to size and beautifully made.
