I did not make the purchase. I made a purchase some time ago and it appears that buried in your policies is a note that you will automatically renew. This is not appropriate and I have cancelled everything with you due to this which in my opinion is underhanded and not fair. You have lost a customer!

I purchased a lot of soaps, a deodorant and a shampoo from Swarva this past month with intentions of purchasing more when I run out but not be placed in a subscription. I received an email stating I was in a subscription. I contacted Swarva to get me out of subscription mode and Karla took care of it right away. Swarva has wonderful customer service and I will continue buying their fantastic products. Thank you.

Well the older went through without a hitch many times in the past ordering from specialty menus of products things get messed up it didn't with this product hopefully the product will act as well when I receive it

The smell is not overwhelming, just enough to make a difference in preparing for the day. It has a refreshing smell and from what I gather older people are not often aware of natural body odors, so it comes in handy as an added layer of confidence when facing the work scene.

Website easy to use & order. Product delivered promptly, well packaged. One problem, pump dispenser fell off and I cannot re-install, but I can still squeeze bottle to get product out. Nice scent. Gentle on skin.
