As I am new to shaving my head, I had a problem with the cleaning of the heads on this Swissker 7. I called customer service and got instruction on what she needed from me, I emailed her and within 5 min i had received a confirmation email saying that she had received my email and that she had forwarded it to a Agent for review. With in that same 5 min, I had received a confirmation that my shaving head would be replaced at no additional cost. I could not be more impressed with the Customer service I received. Thank you

My father inlaw smoked for years in his master bedroom of his house. He quit smoking cold turkey and I tried a lot of different things to help in his journey. I bought 3 of these in hopes that they would help! My wife set them up over there 1 time and they totally killed the long term eye burning smell! ONE use!!!! Smell gone!!! These are a must buy if your trying kill cigarette smell from a house or room!!!

The product arrived in about a week, which was noted by some reviews. I use it at the 15 minute preset and it does a decent job of removing mildew odors. The ozone is powerful at first. I've only needed it a few times.

We bought and are using the Swissker HaloUV light in our home. We move it around treating one room at a time. The whole place smells cleaner and we believe we can see a change for the better in our seasonal allergies.

I was confused at first because I thought I had ordered from SmileActives but the customer service explained very nicely that my order was placed with them. I’m sure I did something wrong, the internet gets the best of me sometimes. So far I’m happy with the Swisskers product and dealing with a non biased, polite service person is refreshing. I received a product that was not functioning on arrival. I reached out to the company and received a response as promised when I submitted the claim request. Communication was fluid between myself and company representative Cien as he was responsive in a timely manner. I well I had bed bug and they are in one chair in a 9 ft by 12 ft and I have done two lights at the same time for the next time five times now and they still are not dead. They’re not killing off bedbugs. You explain that to me please
