Great Customer Service

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICIES

I purchased 3 Swissker Plaque Busters for $27.24 on March 9, 2026. Opened & tried 1. I didn't like it. Seems like a person would only need 1 of these if they haven't been to a dentist or had their teeth cleaned in a long time. Trying to return it isn't even worth it. They only return the exact purchase price MINUS shipping cost. Then I also have to PAY to ship them BACK!! With this kind of return policy, I would never recommend buying anything from this company.

I had no idea what to expect from this…

I had no idea what to expect from this funny little light! I had a bed bug and odor problem in my bedroom, I tried everything and nothing was permanent. So,I placed the light on top of my bed and set it for an hour to start with. When the time was up I opened the door and I was immediately struck by a crisp odor in the room, it slowly dissipated and I inspected my twin bed, I didn't see any evidence of life and my mattress was odor free. I knew the real test would be at bedtime, and I slept undisturbed by any little bites. I have 3 cats and that is where my odor issues come from, well, I can't believe how efficiently this light actually disinfects the air. This was a worthwhile investment. It doesn't cover up odors, it eliminates them. And it destroyed the bedbugs. I am thrilled, and I feel confident that I have a much cleaner, and more pleasant home than before. I am 73 and I have seen inventions come and go, but this one is a keeper!
