I ordered the necklace duo and bracelets from this company and after one month it still had not arrived. When I reached out to their customer service folks, they sent me another set, yet a week following my inquiry the original set arrived. I let them know when the second/replacement set arrived and instead of asking me to send it back they told me to keep it. I will gift it to someone I know.
Immediately after making a purchase, I noticed my coupon code discount did not show up on my order information. I sent an email late in the day, and woke up to a response saying they had already applied the discount to my order; and it would show up in my account in approximately 3 days. I call that very good customer service. Thank you!

The necklace is so beautiful and I get so many compliments. Unfortunately one chain snapped but it was quickly replaced and I am very pleased so much so I am ordered more items soon
Sent email to info email address listed on the website couple of times (7/5 and 7/7 - follow up) and zero response. I bought a necklace for my son in June and the chain broke so I needed replaced due to warranty. They don't have a phone number to contact either. Very frustrating. Don't tell me to check my Junk mail folder. Checked all kinds of folders and nothing!

I wasn’t even the market for a chain, but I’m always shopping to see what’s out there. I didn’t want a Cuban, I wanted a set of smaller chains that I could wear together. I decided to order 5 chains from Sylvian Grant, I cannot tell you how well they fit and how many compliments I get for stacking them, I’ve had plenty of guys at the gym ask me where I got them and how they like the stacked look. Nothing but good things from Melody and the support team, everything is always insured, if you do have a knot or a snag they are always insured. Great company and protect!
I have several pieces of jewellery from the Sylvian Grant range and take great pride in wearing them. Every piece is reasonably priced, beautifully made and looks elegant. The website and ordering process is straightforward and all my products have arrived in their own little purses which are useful when storing or when taking jewellery on holiday. Customer services are helpful and respond quickly. Unfortunately one of my bracelets broke. I informed customer services, supplied a photograph of the product and it was replaced. Excellent service, beautiful jewellery. I look forward to purchasing more pieces.

I ordered the cross with the box chain and I’m very impressed. The quality of the lines on the cross is excellent, and the chain is just the right thickness. Great design for both. After about a month, unfortunately, my box chain broke. I got in touch with the company, and the next day I was sent a new chain free of charge, including shipping and delivery. Very impressed with the service!

I’m loving my Sylvian Grant pieces-I liked the gold and the silver so I them both. The miniature gold tennis bracelet goes well with my other jewellery and the silver tennis style necklace teams up with a box style chain with pendant. You can dress them up or wear them casually. I enjoy them both ways
