I have placed an order and after 3 working days - I sent an email to ask about when I could expect delivery as the item is a gift - no response! I sent another email - again no response !! And still no delivery - I am disappointed after reading such good reviews - that my experience has been so negative UPDATE: I have heard from their customer services - and they have advised order is on its way - so all is good

I originally thought Sylvian Grant might be a scam because the shipping process was confusing. I didn't receive the usual tracking notifications from the carrier, and the emails I received were different from what I expected from the seller. However, my item arrived today, and I'm genuinely impressed. The quality and look of the item are great. I'll happily purchase from them again. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because the delivery communication could be clearer, but the product itself exceeded my expectations.
I ordered three stacked silver bracelets which was received and have been enjoying. One of the bracelets broke and fell off my hand. I have outreached 5 times to customer service with no response. This frustrates me to not wanting to deal with this company again. There is no phone number to call! You need to take better care of your customers because your business is beginning to feel like a scam!!

Placed order Royal Mail 48 hour tracked express delivery.....still waiting on the order 2 weeks later. Tracking status not changed in days. Emailed customer service and had zero response to two emails. Communication is key and Sylvian Grant's is shocking. No reply, no response, no update. Beware as you'll be charged for an order you potentially may never receive.

I have been a customer for many years and have purchased most pieces. The quality of the jewelry is amazing I have been wearing my necklace set since purchased a few years ago I have never taken it off. I shower, swim and play sports. I had an issue with the necklace and I emailed customer service and they replaced it immediately. I really wish more companies offered the same customer service. I am really impressed with the overall service received. I ordered the duo necklace pendant after losing my treasured necklace which I have had for 17 years and was very upset. I saw the silver pendant and liked the simplicity of the design, also the guarantee of no tarnishing (a lot tarnish after using perfume). Since receiving my pendant I decided to order the gold chain.
