Being deceived

I booked a flight on the night of July 24. Then I received a call on July 25 advising that my outbound flight was good but my return trip was now over booked. The cost increase to book another flight was almost double, That wasn’t the most frustrating part. After I agreed to the change in flight and amount, when I received the e ticket the arrival time was almost 12 hours later than the time and flight we agreed on. If this was a vacation it would be frustrating but you could live with it, however when you are seeing a dying friend who is in hospice, these kinds of prices increases and flight changes without your knowledge or consent is intolerable. I would not recommend this service to anyone

Deceptive pricing and hidden fees after booking

I booked a flight on this website because they advertised a great price. Shortly after submitting my payment details, an agent called me to claim the selected itinerary was suddenly unavailable or required an extra fee to confirm. They tried to pressure me into paying significantly more than the agreed-upon price. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend using them.

It was an excellent experience with the team they were very patient and transparent throughout the entire process form start to end. Getting me a new flight and getting my payment after much trouble shooting. I appreciate the service greatly.

Fraud please stay away from this site they are sccamer

I don’t want to give then a 1 star as well literally these guys are scammer seriously today on 21 july 2026 i booked three tickects in 664 in usd dollars after booking i got a call from an agent he told me that we can’t able to confirm all three tickets because which promotion we give to you guys but can’t get from the airline and now you have to pay extra if you want these tickets and when i told to them how much o have to pay extra and they said 234 us dollar for each person when i told them like its not my mistake i get this promotion on your website and when i told them that is ok i don’t want to go these tickets ia dont want to pay extra just cancel my tickets and refund my money bcz yoj guys able to give me tickect on same price i good to go with this but i don’t want yo pay extra and he told me that no you have to pay extra and he just cut the call
