Addy was very helpful but frank was very upsetting and dissatisfying. Well I called back yesterday since I didn’t receive my ticket and they told me someone canceled my flight so now I’m waiting for money to be put back on two cards minus 120 that suppose to be airline credit now. I’m upset and so are my grandchildren that I was going to visit. Also when I called back they told me that addy was unavailable and connected me back to frank which was rude once again. I will never go through tarifasodeal again. My round trip that started at 244 changed to 493 and I was going to have to travel by car 2 hours to board the plane instead of going to the airport that is 20 minutes away.

They lie!!! I was quoted a fare of $166 to Vegas, then I became aware it DID NOT include carry on and you couldnt purchase it at the airport. I said who travels for 5 days without luggage? I need a bag, so then I was quoted a fee of $200 which included carry on. When I looked at my ticket IT DIDNT include carryon and I had to purchase it at the airport$150!!!!

worth not even one star... Do not purchase flight tickets from Tarifasodeal. Purchased three flight tickets for our family and received an email asking to contact their customer service instead of sending me the e-tickets as it was described in the website at the time of purchasing. Call them and the agent told me that I need to pay almost $2,000 extra as the ones I purchased were "standby tickets" and in order for me to get the flight tickets for the same day and same conditions, I would have to pay close to $2,000. I asked to cancel the purchase and they said it can be cancelled but there should be NO REFUND since they are Non-refundable tickets. I swear that it was written as it is for a Non refundable Stand by tickets. Who would pay for Non refundable Stand by tickets ? DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS USING TARIFASODEAL AS THEY ARE SCAMMER !!!
