Hi, sorry that you were upset about releasing the payment when you have not received the order yet but the terms for this particular transaction was set to release upon confirmation of shipping docs, hence we released the fund accordingly after verifying the proof of shipment.

Hi Scott, Thank you for using Tazapay services multiple times. And it is unfortunate that your last experience was not great. However, for this particular transaction, as we understand the issue was not with the seller delivering your order but rather it was stuck at customs, which is no way the seller’s liability. Moreover, the seller agreed to adjust the losses in the next order.

Hi, upon checking your transaction with us, the reason why it took long for us to release the payment was because under that escrow you provided, you only had 30 CAD, which did not reached our minimum payout of 100 USD, so we had to clubbed it with subsequent payment. I hope this gives you clarification on how it works
