Great Customer Service
I been sending my invoice to TBS for the last 20 years The factory has been great to me I don’t have anything to said but they are the best Thank you !!!
I have been with them since 2013
I have been with them since 2013. They were good until about a year ago. Now you very seldom get your funds on time like they say. Supposedly if you send in your invoices before 4:00, it gets processed that day. No more! In many occasions I have sent invoices in then morning, at lunchtime etc and look at them at 7:00 in the evening and they have never been looked at. They are still showing submitted. No one has taken the time to even begin to process them. Do not count on being paid in the time they promise you.

TBS took over my account from financial services, Jenifer was my rep for a short while, she was an improvement from the rest, ever since they migrated to this crap about contacting a general email and refused to take calls it has bern a living nightmare, I am simply asking them for the person and address to send my notice to terminate and they refuse to answer, now their upload docs portal is causing my to be piled up with bols and I cannot get help navigating this crap. I am now in touch with my lawyer to help end this nightmare to see if I can save my buiness

She helped us get the documents needed to complete the application and she used to call even twice a day to make sure we have communicated and understood the process.
