Charlie is very helpful. He is always on hand to offer his expertise if i struggle with using the portal. We have recently added a large number of trackers to our account and he made it an easy process. Nothing is ever too much trouble. thank you charlie for your help

Teletrac Navman never fails us! We have been with them for 10+ years with close to 200 vehicles and their response time to all needs is always timely, their staff friendly and knowledgeable and their third party techs, especially Metro Mobile in FL, match their excellence. Our reps, most recently Kevin, have always gone above and beyond to help accommodate us even when our needs are often urgent and last minute, and sometimes unorthodox. Highly recommend them and their equipment.

Customer service is always helpful in resolving issues we have, unfortunately we seem to always have issues. We have never had all of our vehicles equipment working at the same time. I always have one or 2 not working it is very time consuming to deal with on a daily basis.
