I had been struggling all morning trying to access my account, but Avery at Test My Allergy quickly turned things around. She got me back into my account in no time, resolved the issue straight away, and clearly explained the next steps. Lovely, efficient service - really appreciated!
I purchased 2 gold tests and when I received the email confirmation the link provided didn’t work. Also the login details provided didn’t work. However after chatting to Jesse on the live chat which is open 24/7, I was given the correct links and was given clear easy to follow instructions. Will update once I’ve received test results. Dropped 1 star due to the incorrect links.
