The 2 week wait for dispatch was frustrating but I did get replies to each message I sent. After issue was resolved, to my delight, products arrived almost next day! I was advised it was a system error so hopefully future orders will be prompt. I’ve tried face oil and under eye cream and much smell delicious. Looking forward to seeing results and if so, placing more orders.

I made an order on September 1st and I'm still waiting for it. After sending a few emails they explained that they didn't send it because one of the product (the gift?!!) was not in stock and that I would receive the package in 10 days at the latest. Two weeks later, still no news of my order. Also, not sending the order because the gift is lacking is the worst excuse that I've had so far !! I would not advise to buy from them, they are not serious.

Poor customer service and awful communication. I placed the order on 21/9/25 and have been chasing via email and telephone messages as to dispatch and tracking details. No one ever answers the phone. I have had one email to say they were busy because of a sale and there would be a slight delay. I’ve had no replies at all since then and no dispatch or tracking details. Reading other recent reviews I’m very concerned.

Same experience as another recent customer - ordered a product, was told out of stock and an offer code sent in case I want to order more, as if! Contacted customer care and got auto replies only. Will be contacting my bank to dispute. I have already provided the order details via Facebook and email. A further reply says they still haven't shipped my order yet they are still selling them online.
I am amending my review as I have now received the product and it does feel nice around my eyes! I can't give it 5 stars as it took so long to arrive and I was really worried but it is a nice eye product

Bought a face oil from this company and got a confirmation email and that's it! Nothing else 😡 sent emails with no reply 😒 it's really bad, I'm surprised they have so many good reviews, I find it hard to believe that they are genuine to be honest.

I have used the Balaayah Black Gram Booster oil for 3 months. Feels good and has given my tired old skin a surface shine and eliminated dry patches, but it is certainly not 'youth-promoting', nor does it 'firm skin' as claimed. My wrinkles are just shinier.

Very poor customer service.
I placed an order 10 days ago. Received confirmation email. Nothing else since !
Tracking advises that they are still awaiting the parcel from the company.

I have been trying to get a response from you regarding you wrongful amount refunded. I ordered from you via klana as I cant afford to pay in full 1 bottle of Balaayah Black Gram booster. the order number I gave you was 370086 and you cancelled and refunded the klana order for £29.75 - the amount should have been £59.50. You are now ignoring all emails sent to you. I want my money back. Your customer care is very bad and as a single parent cant afford this coming out of my bank. I ordered this oil last year and I literally had to stop using it because of the musty weird - almost disturbing scent. I soldiered on for a few days / nights - also understanding from other reviews that it should be used on damp skin for best application. It has a slight overtone of vanilla but something else really deeply musty completely ruins that - whether it’s the reaction on different skins? Some reviewers say they love the smell but … seriously?! Do some batches come out different?! Somebody said their husband said it smelled like Play Doh - I can only wish this was the case as I love the smell of Play Doh! This doesn’t smell like Play Doh. Cocoa butter and vanilla scents are a “tread-carefully” area because of their sweetness but this is way more layered than the lightness of vanilla. Overnight it lingers and the deep mustiness remains but slightly less unpleasant ! I tried using it again recently and I lasted a couple of days wondering if the scent had weakened (rather than spoiled over time!) but I’m afraid it’s just not an enjoyable oil for me! The scent / ingredients / oil combinations do need addressing by the company. I’ve given three stars overall because the face oils I’ve tried smell and feel special. I think the oils overall do have a positive effect on skin and are lovely to use, natural, but work on aging neither more nor less than many other equally-priced products I’ve tried over the years.
I ordered two bottles of black gram oil. The consistency, and smell is lovely. Does it tighten creepy skin, I don't think so. I use it everyday, never miss. There's no difference for me at all. It doesn't work. Maybe it does for other people. Sadly this was my last resort, for saggy skin. I won't be ordering any more. In my opinion, don't think anything will tighten skin!!
It hasn’t worked. My arms are still crepey and wrinkled, as are my thighs, after using the black gram oil every day. I really shouldn’t have been taken in by what they say online. Very misleading.
