Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers also appreciate the fast shipping times and secure packaging, ensuring items always arrive safely without leaks or damage. Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, mentioning slow communication, unhelpful responses, and unresolved issues regarding damaged or missing products. A few other people also felt that delivery times were occasionally delayed significantly during company changes or busy moving periods.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.i’d ordered some luggage belts, never received.i’ve tried to send emails couple times, never gone through. their website has no place to leave reviews either. i doubt they’re refit. my money’s gone and i’ll never order from them again. gotta be careful with online ordering.
Our little group is new to ordering oils online, we usually just go to a soap store in town but then realized we were paying way more money that way and since we were getting more and more customers, we thought we should shop around. I place fragrance oil orders with several companies, this one included, in an effort to compare quality and value. By far, The Flaming Candle is our number one choice so far! The value is great and the fragrances we have tried are much stronger and longer lasting than any other company we have tried so far! Customer service is also excellent!
