I felt like I was dying after two days of using this product at only half a dose. Customer service is not available or helpful at all. My order was “lost” saying it was delivered when it was not. Customer service just said to wait. 3 days later it arrived. When I had issues with the product, they want me to pay to return the product. Again customer service was no help. The bottle looks fine, but the product is dangerous for my body. My energy was totally wiped out and I have been having bad physical symptoms ever since stopping the cleanse. This was a week ago since I have stopped using the product. Terrible headaches, low energy, digestive issues, GERD flares, chest pain. Not worth it! I’m left searching for things that are safe for me to eat as now my normal foods trigger bad esophageal flares and swelling.

We will say that our customer support team replies to all of our emails within our support inbox within 72 business hours of the email coming in, and we are in the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Furthermore, waiting for a lost order is standard, as orders that don't arrive immediately aren't deemed lost, as you stated in your post above, the order was received 3 days after USPS marked the order as delivered, so if we had simply sent out a replacement at that time, you would have been responsible for sending the replacement order back as well, which is ultimately why we wait as this does often happen. Once an order is opened and used, USPS will not accept a Refusal, so return postage must be paid for the product. We are sorry to hear that you weren't happy about that, however. Some customers do experience headache, fatigue and an upset stomach on our Zeolite Products, this is a normal reaction to detox known as a Herxheimer reaction and these symptoms resolve on their own a couple of days after taking the product. As far as GERD Flares and chest pain, these are not reported symptoms of our products and we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional regarding these. Would not recommend! They are 100% deceiving. First they double billed me going back to March for one order. They promised the second charge would “fall off”. It didn’t, so I disputed the one charge with my bank that I did not receive since Touchstone was giving me the run around. Then Touchstone tells me that for me to receive my money, I had to cancel the dispute. Clever. I did cancel it even though that made no sense bc usually the company just handles it with the bank disputing the charge on behalf of the customer. Once I cancelled the dispute they then told me I had to wait 60 days to receive my money! Well fast forward to now, days past their “60 day waiting period” and now they are telling me they issued the refund for me to call my bank. I did call my bank and they are telling me there is no refund being applied from them and when I asked Touchstone to provide me proof of the refund, they ignore the request. According to my bank, Basically once I cancelled the dispute I basically fell right into the trap they set. They received extra money from me and I’m out on a double charge for one order that I can’t dispute again since I canceled the dispute. Really low move and I would recommend staying away from this company. To be this dishonest only tells me they’re dishonest about their products. Award goes to Ashley and Karina who are two dishonest employees!

To be transparent about what happened: you were charged for two orders, and while one was voided on our end, the refund did not process correctly and that is on us. We want to own that. Once a bank dispute was opened, we ran into a technical wall: any refund we attempt while a dispute is active is automatically rejected by the bank before it reaches you, which is why we needed the dispute canceled before we could reissue. We had committed to processing your refund on May 29th, however on May 12th we received confirmation that the dispute had not actually been canceled and was instead reopened. Because of that, the May 29th date is no longer valid. Since a dispute typically takes 8 to 10 weeks from start to finish, your bank will reach out to you directly with a new refund date once the reopened case is finalized. Our dispute team has already reached out to you separately with next steps.

Customer service is horrible! The person I contacted about my order was very rude, didn’t even know how to look up my account and was very verbally abusive as in talking down to me! I would not ever purchase from this place ever again as I was told that my account was not charged after my order was cancelled and I did get charged. I bought a 3 month supply for me and my 2 daughters. We all took it as stated and found absolutely no benefit. A 30 day guarantee is not long enough to see/feel a difference. After 6 weeks, I contacted the company and they wouldn't take back any of tje unopened bottles. What a waste of €1600. I STRONGLY suggest not buying more than 1 bottle if you are willing to risk trying it. Im so disappointed. I was so convinced from people on tiktok BIG MISTAKE!!

The items came very quickly. They were well wrapped and protected. I have used the items for the 30day timeline suggested. It has helped my gut feel so much better. The biggest change I see in my son since starting this, is his development in his speech. Saying more words, able to pronounce a lot more words, etc! Also lots of more tolerance towards parallel play with his classmates and his little brother.
