I love the dress that I ordered ! Itis the perfect cut and the fabric is so soft and wearable. It is also very forgiving on a middle-aged woman’s not so perfect body and I appreciated the price point during the sale.
It was horrible

Stinky
The particular jumpsuit I ordered was difficult to take on and off, and I felt the sizing to be a bit odd. It was tight on top and loose on the bottom (I’m 5’4”, 128lbs). My biggest concern is the extremely strong chemical smell on the two items I purchased. They seem decent quality for the price but yikes, they stink.

Never received my package
Never received my package. “Customer support” was only actually reachable by social media comments. They told me to contact the shipping company before proceeding forward. Shipping company never got back to me. So Halara has washed their hands of me, and I’m out $200 with no pants.

Halara is a scam company with crap product
so this company had the audacity to tell me to contact them after I made a complaint on the forum as if they were gonna do anything. THEY’LL SEND YOU CRAPPY CLOTHING THAT ISN’T EVEN PROPERLY MADE OR FITS YOU AND THEN THEY ARE GOING TO FORCE YOU TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR THEIR JUNKY MADE PRODUCT. All this stuff comes from China and it’s not good quality and it does not fit accurately. So whatever they reply just know that you’ll get screwed if you order from them

The shipping took way too long and the tracking was unreliable. I missed the event I ordered these clothes for by weeks, not days. 4-6 weeks to ship is ridiculous.

Several items were too small and several items were too big. It also took over a month to get my items.
Difficult returns process
Dresses were really disappointing. The material is so thin that you can see through it. Also I found the returns process really challenging. Feels like it is intentionally difficult. It's taken me 3 attempts so far and still not complete

I like the clothing but I’m worried about how ethical this company is. There’s not much information about working conditions etc.. so I am not sure about ordering again which is a shame as the clothes are well made.

Thin material in the pants. Jumpsuit with “easy access” is absolutely not easy to go to the restroom in. Might as well take the whole thing off like a normal jumpsuit. Not easy peasy.

Good quality garments, although one item in my order was a poor fit. (They run slightly large for size.) Had to return the one item and the process wasn’t too clear. Sorted in the end. Delivery time was longer than expected. Will probably order from them again.
