I received this rating request before I received any tracking number. I had to call The Lubricant Store, a week after I placed the order, to inquire about my order. I was told it had been lost in the system but they would handle it then. I’m still not sure what the status of my order is.

Late delivery
The delivery was schedule for Friday and was late. I had to delay my Thanksgiving plans to get the package on Saturday. I asked Fedex to deliver on Monday and Fedex agreed and still delivered on Saturday. I requested some refund from the Lubricant store for the shipping charges due to all the time I had to spend on the late delivery and the Lubricant store refused to refund any of the shipping charges.

The wrong oi was originally sent, but customer service was great and the correct oil was sent and the incorrect oil was returned.

I had to cancel my order because The Lubricant Store (TLS) ran out of inventory of the item I had ordered. They did offer an alternate, but I preferred the item I initially ordered. The TLS customer service representative (James) was very apologetic, understanding, responsive and professional upon my request for cancelation and refund of my order. I'd recommend TLS to my friends and will likely do business with them again. Thanks again TLS for your excellent customer service.
