I made a phone call to the representative, James Pearson, to request a follow up invoice for my order and he promptly responded. I received the invoice and tracking information and the rest of the process went well. The order was shipped quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I will do business with them again.

I ordered a 5 gal pail of oil. Didn’t receive an invoice or shipping. I thought I messed up so I purchased again… still nothing. Called and left a message.. still nothing. Not impressed

Great customer service . I had trouble trying to get a ship to address in the shipping portion of the check out. I send an email to customer service and they called me back in 3 minutes of submitting my request . All was taking care of and items shipped the same day. Great service . Much appreciated

Shipping, Shipping, Shipping , ordered on the 19th of Feb. Was told on the phone when i placed the order we should have my oil at the latest on that Friday. Did not even get a notice it shipped until the following Monday. The mentioned shipping times was the only reason I paid double from where I normally get the oil. Will not buy from you again. And I still dont have my order.
