Roses are beautiful

Some of my roses near the top of the heart were smashed. You can see the print and color transfer in the top of the box. They were just stuck in and covered in plastic. I would've thought the presentation wood be wilder. The box they came in was very sturdy. I have the silver heart box. There are some dents in my box. Other than that they are beautiful. I do pray they last over a year.

Demand refund

I wrote a letter w 4 reasons why I requested refund: poor quality, lid ajar, minimal scent, no info included on product for recipient care. Recvd no response. I did NOT give this gift as expected due to the above. What to do? Only thing good about pink rose box was the product promotion of the brand permanently stamped in gold on the box.

Disappointed & No Communication

I have been wanting for the million roses since I found out they existed during Valentine’s Day earlier this year. I finally got them as an anniversary gift which I was so excited but when I open the box just to find them smashed on the sides and in the middle. Nothing like I saw in the photos and reading the reviews. I choose this company out of state based on the reviews. I have called twice and sent two emails as to the condition the roses when I unboxed them upon arrival. I have yet to receive a call back or email regarding my flowers. I am disappointed in the quality & the customer service I have yet to receive.

You have horrible service. I request flowers delivered the next day you charged me 60.00 and the flowers never arrived. I requested a refund and nothing has been done. Im upset about this horrible experience. Please refund me my 352.00 plus 60.00 delivery fee. Never received 7-23-24 i will report to the BBB if I don’t receive my money.

The package came in time of the delivery date which I was happy of because my anniversary fell on the exact date. I then came home to the box to structurally be in a good condition. But once opened, the bouquet itself was not. The side of the bouquet was pushed in on the sides like the box may have been tossed around before delivery. The bouquet itself was beautiful just the integrity of it was not.
