Any “middleman” entity can locate insurance for a consumer. However, when an insurer was located, and a miscommunication occurred directly between the insurer and me the consumer, zebra jumped in and rectified the miscommunication. Zebras following the transaction from beginning to completion and ironing out the miscommunication earned them a five star in my book.

I had a wonderful experience with Zebra. The agent was friendly and efficient. She recommended mile auto insurance because I drive less than 1000 per month. I went from paying $185 with Progressive to less than $100 with Mile. I couldn't be happier!!!

This was by far the best insurance experience I have ever had. most times I've experienced big fluctuations in the price from the quote or them saying one thing in another thing happening,And just total lack of communication. But with this company, kirk was awesome! He was insightful, understanding and had everything wrapped up in a matter of minutes! the price is great, the customer service is great, I think I found my company! Overall great experience and highly recommend.

It was easy & user friendly. Only thing I would have liked to see was the amount/approximate amount of all the quotes without needing to click on them. Would also prefer to not receive emails from any agency I didn’t click to receive further information
