Rude staff

Went here for dine-in breakfast before an early appointment. I had already placed my order through the kiosk, and forgot to order a box of donuts. I came up to the till stood there for a good bit and nobody even asked if I needed anything. There was this girl at the counter preparing an order. I asked her if it’s possible to order donuts from the till instead of kiosk. She walked away completely ignoring me without saying a single word. Rude and uninterested. By the way, she walked away as I was still talking

Terrible

If I could, I'd rate this property and its manager at -0. Poor customer service, had to explain their mistake more than twice before they understood what happened. Then, when I presented the mistake that was made on their end, a mistake I paid for, I was met with a condescending tone from the "manager". If you want this property to succeed, find a new manager who can speak to people humanely. And who knows what she's doing.

Dirty washrooms and disrespectful manager.

The washrooms were filthy and the ladies had no toilet paper. We asked to speak to the manager and a young girl came out and when we tried to express our concerns, she interrupted. My wife and I tried again and when I said, "I am the customer and I found your washroom…" I was interrupted by this manager as she talked over me. She showed no respect for the elderly, was rude and had attitude. So, in closing, the issue was not addressed…not even given a chance to be expressed. We won't be stopping at this location again. This was at the corner of Front St. and Coursol St., Sturgeon Falls (north side of the highway).

Tim hortons was once known for its cleanliness but unfortunately it falls far below exceptable standards ie... floors are dirty with food and drinks spilled, tables are not washed off, donut displays are full of dirt at the bottom, windows and window ledges covered in dirt, counters are dirty, washrooms are disgusting and last but not least it is very hard to communicate what you want due to a language barrier. I entered the last date I was at Tim's but there are numerous occasions and am finding the same problems throughout Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe.

Often Out of Chocolate Milk

St Catharines, Ontario - I like the Iced Capps made with chocolate milk. I have lost count of how many times I get told at the speaker in the drive thru that they "don't have any chocolate milk", and this has happened at more than one location here. If there isn't anything else you wanted to order, you are then stuck sitting in the line behind the other cars to get out. One day I went to THREE different Tims here and two of them said they didn't have any chocolate milk and the other said the machine "wasn't working". (This happens A LOT as well). I cannot wait until Dunkin Donuts comes here and hopefully puts Tims out of business!

I have been having a very disappointing…

I have been having a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons for the past 2–3 months. Almost every time I use the drive-thru, the cashier asks me to pull over or tells me to come inside the store to pick up my order. If I don’t agree, they refuse to hand me my order at the drive-thru. I don’t understand the reason for this. Tim Hortons has an app that specifically offers drive-thru pickup, so customers should be able to use that service without being told to come inside. On top of that, my orders are often incorrect. For example, when I order coffee, I sometimes receive tea instead. The overall quality and accuracy have gone downhill. This morning at 10:38 a.m., the drive-thru employee was extremely rude. Her tone was unprofessional, and she showed absolutely no customer service skills. Instead of confirming my order or politely explaining the situation, she kept saying, “What?” and asked, “Why are you picking up from the drive-thru again? Come inside and pick it up.” This is unacceptable. I don’t understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to work in a customer-facing role. The staff definitely need proper training in customer service, communication, and how to handle drive-thru orders professionally. The service has become consistently worse, and the food and drink quality has also declined. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves both the customer service and order accuracy.

Sidney BC Tim Hortons

Sidney BC Tim Hortons. Has gone downhill since the renovation. Loud music, indifferent staff, and messy. There was a coffee spilt sometime before I sat down. They had put up a high chair and wet floor sign, threw some napkins on the floor, and then ignored it for the full 30 - 45 minutes I was in the restaurant. Finally, I complained when leaving. A lady behind the counter said someone was going to do it right away. I could see it if they were busy but it wasn't. There was no more than 10-15 customers in the time I was there. Obviously a case of Tim's using the renovation to get rid of their experienced staff and replace them with inexperienced people who didn't want to be there. They lost a customer at that store.

This Tim Hortons is not clean!

I stopped into this Tim Horton's location (1354 South Service Road, Stoney Creek) on Sunday July 12th on my way home from Montreal. I was so disgusted by the state of filth in this restaurant. I wanted to use the facilities, I did not understand what they had on the doors. I proceeded to open the first door, and there was a very large man sitting on the toilet doing his business, behind the second door there was a man peeing. Both of these occupied bathroom doors were not locked. Then I saw a woman walk out of another door with a young child. I went in there and the bathroom was filthy. My plan was to sit down and have a coffee and something to eat but this place was so dirty and the state of the bathrooms was enough for me to change my mind. I wrote to Tim Horton's head office and I reported this filthy restaurant to the Hamilton Health Department. They will be inspecting it.

Scammers

You won't even see how these employees at Tim Hortons cheated you, I bought a soup that costs 5.70 they took $ 9 for each soup, when asked why? they replied that their system calculates it like that, I asked again how much the soup costs, regular size 4.49 large 5.70 do you think They returned the money no. So they cheated me out of a minimum of 2 soups for almost 7 dollars, + they calculated tax from the entire amount. Be careful with these scammers.

Worst "meal" ever

Worst "meal" ever. Ordered the New Crispy chicken sandwich. It was as hard as a rock and gobs of dressing on the top of the over toasted bun. Order Wedges with that and they were over done. As well, the stupid girl could barely speak English. Not going back to the Carstairs aB location.

don't want to go to tim hortons anymore the sores are not honest

I used to go to tim hortons almost every day , now I go to get coffee there only when there is no other coffee shop around, the test of the coffee is not the same as befor in ottawa-gatineau area, test like much lighter , when I get offers on tim app the employes try to not give up the offers if it is coffee and muffen for $3 either they don't have the muffen or the scaning machine not working ,usually when they have 30% or more off on cappuccino their machine is broken!

I went to this place with my family to get ice caps and there new quenchers they didn't have the stuff to make ice caps like what do you mean you guys never struggle with this then they run out of the stuff to make the quenchers like it's a new thing they struggled a lot to even try to make our drinks

I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons…

I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons Dunstable this morning at about 7.10 am, Manue Screen in Drive Through was out of order and I had to ask for the availability of the items Employee who was serving me wont let me speak and complete my order and kept interupting me over and over again. When I asked to stop iterupting me and to listen to what I am saying he simply turned off the mike saying he wont serve me. I have been going there almost every day after my work shift and I will never go there ever again.You dont want to be treated like this after a long night shift at work. Pathetic service by a pathetic ignorant employee.
