I've noticed a negative turn in many locations. I frequently visit many locations throughout Ontario and have noticed a significant change in staff which has led to slower service (at times a language barrier) fewer staff and absolutely filthy restaurant area and washroom s. Many times my coffee and/or food has been wrong os sloppily made. Tim's used to pride themselves on prompt, polite, curtious service, very clean overall, now none of these things seem to matter as it appears profits over customer service is number 1. To say this 1 location stood out over all as proper staff, no language barrier,and clean areas, Garrison Rd. In Ft.Erie thumbs up to the staff there. I feel Tim's need to rethink their objectives and return to how tim hortons used to be a couple years ago.

I need "protein milk " in my coffee (for lactose intolerance), got charged $1 extra; last time asked for a cup of water, $1 again. Their coffee is very now!! I will never have any of these products...torn up my TH points card...Good Bye!

Upon drive thru ordering at the Peace River, Alberta location I had ordered a breakfast sandwich meal(sausage/egger,hashbrown,coffee). This was on a deal on the app for $6, which I had mentioned when ordering. I got to the pickup window and after scanning my QR code the coupon did not show up, I asked why and they couldn't give me a reason. They just said that it went straight to my payment method. The only reason I ordered this was because it was $6. Then when I got it the english muffin was so dry it was crumbling all over the place.

Tim Hortons Delta in Cliveden Ave. - good ambience, friendly staff
The interior of this location is well lit and adds a good vibe to the store. The store is very clean, and so is the parking when I visited. The staff who took the order, repeated the order and delivered in a very quick time. Orders were correct and the staff thanked us after giving us our orders. This Delta location is worth the visit - 1359 Cliveden Ave. They also offer catering and the parking is spacious.

It was a giant Charlie Foxtrot. 20 minutes from placing to getting our order on a Saturday morning around 10:00am. It wasn't even that busy! They don't seem to care. I'm never going back to this Tims - Location: 407 March Road Kanata ON. BTW, Charlie = Cluster...the Foxtrot, you can figure that out.

What is going on at Virgil Tim Horton's!
Not sure what is going on at the Virgil, ON Tim Horton's. Was second in line and it took over 20 minutes to order! There were about 7 people behind me and a person spoke out in line and said my lunch break is almost over can someone help the person on cash! One poor female girl was running getting people their orders and asking prior to us standing in line what drink we will be ordering. The complainer got his order before me and he was 4 people BEHIND me!
They need to get competent people to work here! Get some local's or people that speak english! Needless to say, I will not be going back here. This is the second time in 1 week this same person on cash was clearly oblivious of his surroundings and how slow he was! The manager could see this...but did nothing to help!

My first ever visit to a Tim Horton's…
My first ever visit to a Tim Horton's at Westcroft Milton Keynes today for lunch with my family. The food is excellent, the service quick and efficient, the staff very friendly, and the menu choices make choosing what to eat easy. Its a pity that there are only 6 in Spain where I live, the nearest being at Malaga Airport, a 2 hour drive from home. All in all, very highly recommended.
Terrible service quality. Workers are not even speaking English and frequently mess up my order. I have decided to stop going to Tim Horton's. The quality of the products has declined in recent years and I no longer trust the hygiene practices of this establishment.

Dismissive Drive Thru Staff
I usually love coming to Tim Horton's at Maryland but my visit today at 9:37 am was ruined by the drive-thru staff. The person taking the order at the speaker sounded highly annoyed and didn't let me finish my request. While I understand fast-food can be a high-stress, fast-paced environment, basic courtesy is expected. Coming to the window the staff is not wearing a name badge and when asked to write down the name of the order taker (Mandeep), the cashier even gave a smirk and hesitated to write it down on the receipt.
Appreciate the coffee ,however, Tim's should hire more friendlier staff.

Me and my friends were waiting over 45 minutes through drive-thru, got 3 blueberry cheese cake frappes and there was only 5 vehicles in front of us, the system is atrocious to say the least.

Tim Hortons Inisfail Alberta. The restaurant is in need of a deep clean in the public seating area. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. Sink doesn’t drain, mirror hasn’t been cleaned and there was dry poop smeared on one of the toilets.Lettuce is wilted and black around the edges and vegetables lacking in the rice bowl. No cars in the parking lot or drive through should have been my first clue.
Ordinarily, I am a loyal member of the company, hardly goes a day without a patronage. This review is not really about the products, but technical issues that may negatively impact the relationship between customers and the staff.
The other day it was a hot argument with some staff at 1751 Albion Road, Etobicoke, ON where a staff actually called me a liar simply because she had a different mobile order from what I had. A complaint was made and zero outcome. However, a similar experience happened today at a different location, though I was not called a liar because the staff was more matured to understand the issues. I have concerns evidences.
