Well decided to try there Peanut Butter cookies again after seeing them in show case finally again After eating all 3 cookies come to conclusion Tim Hortons does not care one bit or has any one that knows how to make real peanut butter cookies any more the cookies where a total disputing tasting. Tim Hortons would be disgusted if he was still alive and saw what they did to his great legacy of this franchise. As for there donuts they are not much better aswell small in size from original and coated with so much sugar and glaze it and this franchise is going down hill so dam fast only thing I like still is the Coffee and that is in question do to there so called new foreign workers they said they had a shortage so gov. Let them bring them in by the thousands don't give a shit or can't do the job like the Canadain staff they had before screw up orders more then once cant hear you ask have to repeat order several times just for coffee. Totally discusted what this franchixe has become

I made an online order for drive…

I made an online order for drive through pickup.When my son arrived to pickup, he was told they don't have it available and it will be refunded. He thought she meant it would be automatic, he left. When I called the Ajax branch I was told it was self explanatory that he should have go to the counter for the refund. Now I have to return to get my refund because of lack of communication.

Again I went to the same Tim's 5:30 am…

Again I went to the same Tim's 5:30 am at the Tim's on Pembina turning into grant Ave. Again the same lady no smile just attitude no welcome. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and WILL not go back and will tell people not to go to this location. Only 2 ladies working when I went and thei think the East Indian lady was friendly! Not to other one andi have been coming to this location for most 15 years no problem. Tell ur staff to smile and be polite, if they don't like the job Quit!!! Real upset customer

Tim Hortons Dundee I’m not one to write in but I’ve been coming here now for over a year and there’s there key points at that Dundee branch that I can’t believe are still issues after this long. 1: Toilets always seem broken or the flush doesn’t work. Someone needs to look into this 2. This annoys me because I feel staff are doing it to hit targets but they always select the “ready to collect” button early and then you go to the counter and wait another five minutes until it’s ready to collect. Infuriating! 3. No receipts! With the automated machines in over a year the receipt machine has only worked once. Someone needs to look at this

A friend picked up some muffins

A friend picked up some muffins. They were very under-cook cooked. The crumb could be smushhed into batter. You know there's something wrong when, left on the counter, the middle doesn't dry out. All the flavours are the same. Tim Horton's was good once. They served eclairs and gingerbread men and snow puffs. Freshlybaked too. And Canadian.

Tried the bacon cheese egg bites

Tried the bacon cheese egg bites. Tasty but a bit salty. Would be great if they reduced the amount of salt in the recipe.

What is going on at Tim Hortons…at one of the locations where I got a large coffee and asked for less ice and they literally gave na half a glass…are they trying to say their drinks are more ice less the drink

Had issues using the app their tech…

Had issues using the app their tech support reached out and said had upgraded it. Same bloody crap still with it. Will not hold on the 16E apple phone we have. Don't have time to sit in line and try to sign in again and wait for an email to rememer the code to enter before am at the till to pay.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WATFORD BRANCH!!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional service. I ordered the 2 box of 12 and as I received it and opened it I noticed that there were 10 in each box. 4 were missing. I then filled a complaint with uber and called Tim Horton's Watfora straight away. A men picked up and when I told him that there were items missing, he said this is not true and that he packed the order himself. He REFUSED to rectify the situation. He refused to give his name and he refused to be helpful at all and said to take it up with uber. He then very rudely cut the call on my face. I will 100% be taking this up with the CEO of Tim Horton's as this service is so unprofessional. Also to mention it was within 5 minutes of receiving the delivery and then contacting Tim Horton's. I would advice that if you want proper care and service to not order from this branch and to go elsewhere where the colleagues are helpful.

At 1030am they are already out of…

At 1030am they are already out of wraps. Only sandwich available are the over priced 10$ sandwiches that I would not ever pay over 3$. I am suppose to order this, pay 10$ in delivery fee and taxes. What a rip off. Can't wait u til donkin donuts destroys this company off the map

Very dirty washrooms and store conditions

Four of us had stopped for Coffee and a muffin in Steady Brook, NL . We all used the facilities and they were disgusting and wreaked of urine, with no soap in dispenser or paper towel. I rinsed my hands and grabbed some toilet paper to open the door. There was a sanitizer dispenser outside of washroom which was also empty! I was the only one ordering and first in line. I waited for someone, out of the five staff to serve me ,but no one came. I was already appalled by washroom condition,so opted out of buying anything there so walked away. A man with a mop and pail saw me and said ,sorry what can I get you? I said I’m good and left! He went back behind counter to serve the next in line 🤢 I also noticed a worker just starting and she parked in from of the store! I thought this was meant for customers? I will never stop at that location again. Stopped in Deer Lake and had excellent service and store conditions were 100% better. I think Tim Hortons should be checking their stores for these conditions!

visited heartlake +sandlewood location in Brampton , during my visit , only 2 servers on duty , Mondays are busy busy yet ANU and MEHNAK(new) handle all situations very well under the circumstances , moving quickly , smoothly to fill everyone's orders , marvelous

Not the company it used to be

Made an order with the app and had an offer for 100 bonus points. Offer didn't work so contacted support. They asked for photos, which I supplied. Accidentally included another photo (which had zero relevance and had zero effect to the issue by the way) and refused to give the points. The CSR ("Kassie") was extremely rude and refused to investigate the issue, instead was rude and brought up irrelevant points to avoid the issue and closed the case. Such a waste a time for a measly 100pts and lost a customer in me. Will not be buying from Tim Hortons again for how I was treated.

We are not getting the food we actually…

We are not getting the food we actually ordered. We pay the price we expect to get exactly what we ordered not some close enough version of what we ordered. On 2 recent visits we ordered the breakfast BELT then when I had a chance to eat everything but the best part bacon was not there, the most expensive part for Tim’s locations. What is the problem, this is becoming normalized now and that’s not acceptable!!!

Never get donuts you want !

After 12 pm you hardly ever get the donuts you want. Im always stuck choosing whats left. I preferred Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin donuts is coming back to Canada. Get ready Tim Hortons your going to be in trouble.

The Tim Horton's at 637 Kingston Rd is…

The Tim Horton's at 637 Kingston Rd is always clean and the staff are always polite. If you go there frequently they remember you and will know what you are ordering. I have personally gone in there and my drink is ready for me by the time I pay for it. It is not an easy area to work in but the staff do their best. I would recommend visiting this location.

Flat white is a large cup of milky…

Flat white is a large cup of milky coffee, problem is you can’t taste coffee in it! Need to go to Cafe Nero or Starbucks or an independent and ask where they source there coffee from. Also toilets in Stockport were disgusting, not really staffs fault but customers, I’m afraid I’d be reluctant to clean if I worked there!
