Want cold food order from here. Took me 10 minutes to get to the restaurant they hadn't even started the order, it's supposed to be ready when we get there. Worst driver experience from any restaurant.

tim hortons #102779 weyburn sk! 4–5 years ago, the service at Tims here in Weyburn was really good. But now, after the management changed, the service has become poor and inconsistent. The long lines are frustrating, and the crew seems very slow. There should be a second person taking orders to help customers faster. So disappointing to see the difference now compared before. Hoping they improve their customer service soon.

Wrong item and to the add insult the incorrect dount dint even have any filling . Contacted customer service who were so unhelpful I don't think I will be using the brand again . Our local branch was OK. But to be told by customer service they would not help and i needed to go back to the Washington branch for a refund shows how out of touch they are it was a order while traveling In can't just drive 200 miles to sort it out . I had submitted a photo of the wrong dry dount . I think I also say somthing that the branch has 3 1star reviews in the space of an hour Update after re explain it to customer service again I was offered a voucher

Best I ever had

I’m from Germany, living in USA. I’m spoiled where coffee is concerned. I tried the Tim Horton’s decaf. first. I was surprised how rich and full flavored it is. It’s nutty and has just the right full flavored body. Then I tried the regular blend as well. It’s the best coffee I’ve had since I left Germany! Two thumbs up!!

I'm not sure why Tim's is even still in business I stopped going a year ago I'm tired of the bad tasting coffee the poor service and the incorrect orders and then there is the cleanliness of the washrooms do they even get cleaned at all

I would have loved to give it 5 stars BUT I asked for 5 pack of Ketchup for 20 cents and they didn't put any Ketchup in my bag I had to ask, and also the food is way too expensive!. But I gave it a high rating because the food is so good quality and just really good in general and it deserves a five if it was a little bit cheaper 100%

It is pretty sad when a company built on take out coffee can't figure out how to get a coffee lid that will lock open. Go to McDonalds, built on burgers and fries has100% success for locking lids back. What the h@#l is wrong with you people. Are you trying to drive clients away instead of keeping them???

RUDE

There is a certain employee and shee is there whenever we go into this Tim's during the daytime. She is lazy rude and should not be representing any business in the industry. My husband had to ask to get service today, he normally would not say anything but he stood there while she talked to an employee then she talked to talking another one. Then he asked if himself and the other person where going to get served. She got the man a small tea then went away to fill the milk, so he asked again to get service, She served him without saying anything NO THANKYOU NO HOW MUCH nothing. This is not the first time.

worst service ever, always... They went downhill in 2020 and is getting worst.. NO NAPKINS, NO BAG FOR GREASY BREAKFAST SANDWICH... I ordered two different sandwiches and she almost threw them at me and when I asked, which one is which, she replied, "I DON'T KNOW"! and slammed the window shut...

Black coarse hair baked right in my bun. I have spoken several times with head office and manager from the port hope Ontario Tim Hortons. I am so tired of telling and retelling my story. Tim Hortons has shown me they absolutely so not care or take their customers seriously...shame on you. This is a health regulation issue. That will be my next call.

Visiting my home town & decided I'd try a Tims again after a long absence. Major Kudos to Tim Hortons @ 1511 Hwy 35, Nipawin, Sk, Canada!!! For the FIRST TIME IN YEARS I was able to place an order in English (SHOCKED!!!); note the clerk understood what I was ordering AND have it handed to me 100% CORRECT!!! I'd have given a 5 save for clerk upselling more than I expected to pay. $2.49 hashbrown?..... SERIOUSLY??? Here's hoping other locations will note this & ONLY HIRE THOSE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!!!

Tim Hortons used to be awesome... They struggle now with staff...language issues....quality ... No Roll up too win cups for few days.. 5 days left and they say they are done.. Still advertising it though... Very poor....I thought they were better... So Sad !!!!
