I own the Tineco GO H2O Hammerhead. I love that it charges fast and holds the charge to mop and vacuum my entire house. I have a cat that sheds everywhere she goes. This mop gets up all the hair and dirt she leaves behind. Also great at cleaning spills and messes in the kitchen. I love how easy it is to clean after mopping. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

If I could give Tineco zero stars, I would. For an extraordinarily expensive cleaning tool, you would expect at least baseline customer service. Instead, Tineco’s support team offers nothing but incompetence, delays, and blatant brush-offs. Here is the nightmare timeline of dealing with them: * 3 Months Ago: My unit stopped working completely. Three months without a functional machine that I paid top dollar for. * 1 Month In: After waiting a full month for progress, they claimed we "submitted the wrong email" and tried to close out our support ticket without fixing a single thing. Convenient excuse to dodge warranty service. * 2 Months Later: We jumped through their hoops, only for them to waste another two months. On 7/24, they claimed a replacement/part was officially "on its way." * Today: I just received an automated email stating my ticket has been "SOLVED." Nothing has arrived. Nothing has been fixed. The unit is still dead on my floor, and Tineco is just marking tickets as solved so their metrics look good while leaving customers out hundreds of dollars. Calling absolute BS on this entire process. Do not fall for the marketing hype—the moment your expensive Tineco product breaks, you are entirely on your own. Absolute garbage customer service. Avoid this brand at all costs.

I’ve been using the Tineco iFloor 3 Ultra for a while now, and it has made cleaning much easier. It vacuums and mops at the same time, saving a lot of time. I bought an s50 and it took me a while to do so. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. I want my dollar to go a mile, so I really did my research on this purchase. And I'm glad I did. This vacuum is worth every penny. I have two animals, a cat and a dog. They test my patience everyday with their fur loss and the cat with the littler box , she thinks she's an Olympic competitor. Sand everywhere lol. With my work schedule, I vacuum every day and am pushing this unit to the max it was built for. I really push it hard. I'm glad I ended up with it , as i am consistently vacuuming, always pushing it to the limit to be honest. The green light is a huge advantage over others from what I've read and compared to, it honestly shows everything that needs to be vacuumed and then the vacuum itself picks up everything on the floor whether it's dust, hair or other things. The light is a feature I couldn't go without. It's handy in its own design, I'm glad the vacuum has it. The unit actually has bend points, where you can hinge the vacuum at the points where you would want to bend it under a couch or bed and have it flexible. It's honestly great. The head of the unit is also flexible where it turns left / right in conjunction with the stick bending making it super convenient. I can't say enough about this vacuum or company, super well made. My dad just bought a Dyson and it's junk compared to this.

This vacuum is amazing. I have a kid at home and let me tell you I do not have time for the extra messes that accumulate during the day. Cereal, chili, ice cream, you name it, this vacuum has cleaned it. Effortlessly too. It’s amazing because I don’t have to spend a few minutes drying up the liquid in the mess before I take a vacuum to clean up the mess. It’s so quick and easy. Would recommend!

I love my Tineco s7! It is easy to use, cleans well and the self cleaning is so nice. I’ve tried other vacuum mops that left streaks, clogged up and got smelly. I decided to bite the bullet with the higher price tag of the Tineco and it did no disappoint. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign!!

I absolutely love my Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Stretch Ultra! It’s easy to use, cleans very well, and I use it several times a day. The battery life is excellent, and I usually don’t need to recharge it unless I’m using Max mode. I also love that it can lie flat to clean under furniture, although the water tank won’t fit under low spaces. The self-cleaning feature works great, but it’s important to run the cleaning cycle and empty and clean the dirty water tank after each use to prevent bad odours. Overall, it’s one of the best cleaning appliances I’ve owned, and I highly recommend it!
