Account Closed After Full Verification
This is completely unfair. You froze my account, asked me for my order confirmations, then asked for my ID, and kept requesting more information. I provided everything you asked for and waited for over a month. After all that, you still closed my account and kept my cashback. This is not how customers should be treated. I used your platform because I trusted it and expected to receive the cashback I earned from my genuine purchases. Instead, I was left without my account and without my cashback. I will be sharing my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of how my case was handled.

One of my favorite cashback sites
One of my favorite cashback sites. Love that there are many stores to choose from, and to cash out, you need at least $0.01 to have a direct deposit via ACH (American Clearing House). PayPal is another option as well, and the minimum is also $0.01 as well. They have Venmo as an option as well. They minnor issue is that the minimum for Venmo is $5. You can choose to cash out via gift card (most gift cards have a minimum of $5 to cash out). If you choose a gift card, you can get a bonus (bonus also varies by gift card as well). There is no way to cash out via check. Which I have no issue with that.
