I am deeply disappointed with TopCashback. My account was suddenly closed by their "Quality Team" right when I had over $30 of legitimate cashback pending/payable in my account. I am a real consumer who made genuine purchases through their platform. I have never violated any terms of service, yet they decided to close my account with a generic template email and confiscated my hard-earned money. Denying payouts to real users without providing any specific evidence or explanation feels extremely unfair and fraudulent. If TopCashback values its reputation and honest members, I request a senior manager to look into my case, review my legitimate transaction history, and restore my access so I can withdraw my balance.

bad bad bad experience. they block my cashback simply cauze i make many orders. they got payments from retailers but are not paying me what means they are stealing my money. every contact with them takes ages to be replied. Be warned

Disappointed, but not surprised as most of these cash back websites are little more than a grift.
I have been a member for about a year. It takes FOREVER for cash to exit pending status - longer than any other major cash back website. About 10% get declined for absolutely no reason and a larger percent simply fail to ever show up on their website at all. You can open a ticket, but shouting at a brick wall will yield the same results. Disappointed, but not surprised as most of these cash back websites are little more than a grift.

On June 18, I purchased a Mobile eSIM through your platform and referred three people who registered using my invite code. On the 24th, I was locked out of my account. I sent three emails during that period and received no response whatsoever. I then reached out via Facebook on the 28th. On July 3, I finally received an email requesting a handheld photo ID, which I promptly provided. Today, July 9, I received notice that my account has been closed. I have been a customer on this platform for nearly four years, and I deeply regret it. This is not how a legitimate platform treats its users. I reserve the right to file a complaint with the CFPB regarding this matter. A final word of advice: 1.Do not recommend this platform to anyone — it's a disservice to them and to yourself. 2.Do not provide any personal information to their support team. They request photo ID and selfies via plain email with no secure upload link whatsoever. There's no telling where that information ends up — possibly the dark web. You'll be strung along like a fool. 3.Close your account today. Don't wait.
