What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently appreciate the user-friendly platform, highly affordable pricing options, and constant feature updates that help creators produce impressive cinematic AI videos and digital assets. Many people also highlight the exceptionally helpful support team and the great convenience of having all necessary editing and creation tools available in one place. However, some customers also noted serious issues with extremely long wait times for the unlimited video generation features. A few people felt disappointed and frustrated because these extended daily queues made the promised unlimited service very difficult to use properly without purchasing extra credits.

They trick you into taking the Ultra…
They trick you into taking the Ultra plan for a year of 2 months' unlimited generation for selected models, but the reality is it can take you days to generate one unlimited shot. The unlimited shots on Higgsfield used to generate way faster within 30 minutes or so, but here it can literally give you up to 24 hours for just one shot. That is insane. It's never worth the money and time you spend on it. You should not take this subscription at all, at any cost.
The system environment is awesome.
I love the system environment, the prices, and the promotions. I hope they can resolve the issue with the wait times in unlimited mode. The wait is very long.

amazing
Everything is perfect.
waiting too long for unlimited model
There's no customer service
There's no customer service, only a bot that promises to return message the following day (it does not). The site constantly goes offline, interrupting workflow, the unlimited queue is so long, it's almost not worth bothering (up to sometimes 8 hours wait).
