Guys, this is going to be the most honest review. Right now, I have three subscriptions: Topview, Higgsfield, and Pollo. I won’t deny that Higgsfield has some advantages, but I’m sure it won’t last long. I can see how the Topview team works, and when you factor in the price, the competition just doesn’t stand a chance—we get all the tools at a fraction of the cost. I’ll also point out that if you run into any issues, is resolved in a matter of hours. Topview’s support is top-notch—it’s in a league of its own.
I've been with Topview for a few months now. This is such a great platform I mean its the best for the latest Ai model. Pricing is great. I just hope there will be more promotional sales because I'm out of credits but I got their unlimited seedance 2.0 for a year free. The only issue with that is the long wait but overall everything is great. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend.
I have mainly worked with video, and from day-one I was extremely impressed with navigation and quality of Topview.ai. I have tried four other platforms and this was so much better - even for the same video model (mainly Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 in my case). In fact so much better that I started a second "Ultra" subscription to take advantage of their "60 days unlimited" offer. That was at first a big disappointment since the site was extremely overloaded and I had to wait for 3-4 days for a "free" video. Fortunately their helpdesk was both fast, clear, honest and forthcoming. And now when things have improved, they have offered a very reasonable compensation.
I had concerns with their unlimited plan and wish they would include the steps of what to do during on boarding/training but the chat help is amazing as at 9pm on a Friday night I got quick help!
"unlimited" wan and MiniMax, if you dont mind waiting 7 hours for a 5 seconds video. but wait it gets worse, taken from their actual website, "Seedance 2.5 Unlimited : 720p , 30s — wait times may exceed 24 hours" Customer service is very good overall. anyway I decided to use the basic tier, $16 a month for 960 credits. but thats actually 80 credits a month . dont worry you can buy credits, how much do you think they are ? lets get another 1000 credits , $150 !!!!!!! which may last a month, 2 at best.

My 1-star rating concerns the fact that Topview is not delivering on one of its key selling points: "Unlimited video generations". When I subscribed, my plan included one year of unlimited Seedance video generation. I understand that this is subject to a fair-use policy, and that "unlimited" does not necessarily mean instant generation or a guaranteed fixed processing time. However, there is a big difference between not guaranteeing instant generation and making the service so slow that unlimited generation becomes practically unusable. Since Seedance 2.5 was introduced, the Unlimited queue has become consistently and absurdly long. In practice, this means at most one free video per day, if you’re lucky. According to Topview, waiting times can increase significantly when demand is high, "particularly after a new model launch". But a significant increase in demand following the launch of a highly anticipated AI video model should hardly have come as a surprise. Capacity planning should happen "before" launching a major new model, not "afterwards". Topview also points out that Credit Mode provides higher priority. Technically, I understand that I am not required to purchase additional credits. But if the supposedly unlimited mode makes it practically impossible to create and iterate, while paying extra is the only realistic way to get usable turnaround times, that distinction becomes rather academic. The current situation raises a simple question: What exactly does Topview mean by "unlimited"? Based on the current reality, a more accurate slogan would be: "Get 1 free video per day — if you’re lucky." That is a significant difference from what subscribers could reasonably understand they were signing up for. I would be more than happy to update this review with a positive one if Topview addresses these issues, as the platform itself works quite well.
I recently switched from another AI video platform to Topview mainly because, based on my own research, Topview currently offers one of the lowest costs I’ve found for generating Seedance 2.0, which is my primary model. As of August 2026, the market price I’ve seen for Seedance 2.0 15s 720p generation is generally around $2.20 per video, with some platforms charging as much as $5. With Topview’s Annual Ultra plan, the effective cost can be around $1.50 per 15s 720p Seedance 2.0 generation. On this plan, $1 is equivalent to 10 credits, and a 15-second Seedance 2.0 720p generation costs 15 credits. However, this calculation mainly makes sense for the Annual Ultra plan. If you choose a lower-tier or monthly plan, the effective credit price can be higher, and some competing platforms may actually be cheaper. If anyone knows a reliable platform offering Seedance 2.0 for less than $1.50 per 15-second 720p generation, feel free to share it. The Annual Ultra plan currently also offers unlimited generation for Seedance 2.0 720P 15s and Seedance 2.5 720P 30s for a limited 60-day period. Before purchasing, I read many reviews complaining that Unlimited Mode was extremely slow. Customer support also explained the expected speed to me before I subscribed, so I knew what I was getting into. And yes — Unlimited Mode really is VERY slow. From my own observation, the first unlimited Seedance generation after a period of inactivity may complete faster, sometimes within a few hours. After that, subsequent generations can stay in the queue much longer. In practical terms, I would personally expect roughly 1–2 Seedance unlimited generations per day rather than treating it as something you can use for high-volume production. Some users describe the queue as behaving almost sequentially, where later jobs take much longer after the first one. I can understand why people feel that way, although it’s difficult to know exactly how the backend queue works. Personally, I don’t consider this a major problem because I didn’t subscribe expecting to produce everything through Unlimited Mode. I treat Unlimited Mode as a bonus on top of the lower credit pricing. One possible tip: if you regularly need more than $50 worth of credits per month, it may be worth comparing 2 × $50 Annual Ultra plans against 1 × $100 plan, since two separate accounts/plans could potentially give you two standalone unlimited queues. This is only a suggestion — I have NOT tested this myself, so please verify the rules before doing it. Feature-wise, Topview has a lot to explore and I still haven’t tested everything. Overall, I find the interface quite easy to use, and most of the major AI video models seem to be available. At the moment, models such as MiniMax H3 2K and Wan 3.0 are also advertised with 365-day unlimited generation. Their unlimited queues may be faster than Seedance, but I haven’t tested them enough yet to give a fair opinion. To be clear, Topview did not pay me to write this review. I’m simply sharing my current experience and the pricing calculations that influenced my decision to switch. My main advice is to do your own due diligence before purchasing any plan. Compare the credit price for the specific models you actually use, and don’t buy an Unlimited plan expecting instant or high-volume generations.

If “unlimited” generations come with waiting times of 6+ hours unless you pay extra, this limitation should be made very clear before purchasing the annual subscription. At the moment, I deeply regret paying for the annual Ultra plan.
