Lanyards showed up just as pictured in proofs. Got here when promised and look great! Easy peasy on entire ordering process. Price was fair and follow-up from sales office was very strong.

Quality the item was OK. Customer service was undesirable at best. I was offered a delivery time and then told that it was not gonna be here on time. They didn't think so. I needed to pay extra money. I feel like that was a scam. I feel like there was never any intention of promising the delivery time.
