Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the online ordering process is remarkably smooth, and the personalized items consistently arrive looking fantastic. People deeply appreciate the top-notch material quality, vibrant colors, and impressively fast shipping times for their special events. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays and unexpected extra charges regarding tight deadlines. Some people also felt that certain delivered goods suffered from print quality problems, such as smudged logos or poor design alignment. A few consumers additionally noted communication difficulties and frustrating support responses when attempting to resolve order issues.
