I ordered a shirt the first week in May. As of today 07/14/26, I have yet to receive it. The tracking stated it was out for delivery, not to my address but to the airport. This product comes from Hong Kong. I contacted customer service multiple times, only to be told to check under the bushes, under cars, in the tree, and on the roof. Did I check to see if any animal may have taken the package. Then they said I had to file with the delivery service, because they said it was marked as delivered. I contacted the post office who was the third party for delivery. They stated that the address that was on the tracking number was not mine and that due to legal issues could not provide that info. Also, that a claim had to be submitted by the seller, not the purchaser. So, at this point I very clearly stated I wanted a full refund. They no longer acknowledge my emails. They have refused to do the full refund. I believe any positive reviews are submitted by the company themselves. When I place honest reviews about this fraudulent company on their Facebook ads, all get taken down. Do not get scammed by this foreign company. They will take your money, give you nothing but a huge headache in return.

If you are wanting prompt delivery, do not order. I’m beginning to think this company is a scam. I’m hoping I’m wrong. If/when I receive my packages I will update review

SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a lipstick on Instagram from this company for $29. I opted out of the 90 cent extra shipping insurance and when I looked at my credit statement 15 minutes later, not only did they charge me the 90 cents insurance, but an additional $11 for taxes. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order. They went back and forth playing dumb saying I would get an update for when my product shipped. I kept saying to cancel the product and it would be another nonsensical response. I'm currently disputing this charge with Paypal. From the time I emailed them to cancel the product and the time it was brought to their shipping department 12 hours had passed. And now they say I didn't cancel in time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unreputable company. They shipped this from SPAIN and now say I can return the item, but have to pay for shipping. Unbelievable!

Impossible return process Return address provided by shipper is invalid e-mail. Attempts to contact shipper unanswered. Can only contact credit card to explore possible charge back.

Shipping took forever. I finally got my items yesterday. The colors are nothing like advertised. It goes on cakey and stays that way. It does transfer even after waiting an hour to drink anything. Disappointed to say the least. Two more that will go in the trash.
