We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting this situation must be. After reviewing your recent orders, we can confirm that they were successfully processed from our end and the cryptocurrency was delivered to the wallet address provided during your purchase. You can verify this by logging into your account at global.transak.com. We also noticed that an outgoing transaction occurred from your wallet shortly after the funds were delivered. Based on the blockchain records, the assets were transferred out after they reached your wallet. As a payment provider, Transak's role is limited to facilitating the purchase and delivery of cryptocurrency to the wallet address specified by the customer. We do not have access to customer wallets, private keys, or the ability to move funds after delivery. Only the wallet owner, or someone with access to the wallet's private keys or recovery phrase, can authorize outgoing transactions. Since Transak is separate from your wallet provider, we recommend contacting your wallet provider as soon as possible if you believe your wallet has been compromised. We also encourage you to report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement or cybercrime authorities.
